Operating principle:
In heat exchangers, 2 water circuits flow in opposite directions:
The primary circuit: this is the water coming from the boiler and used to heat your pool
The secondary circuit: this is the pool water to be re-heated Include an animated diagram
When and how to use a heat exchanger? :
Heat indoor or outdoor pools using the home boiler system. A heat exchanger is the ideal solution if you want the water temperature to increase extremely quickly: 24 to 48 hours to attain 28°C.
Example: a 10x5 (75 m3) outdoor pool with isotherm cover (blister or roller cover), is heated from 18°C to 28°C using a 40 kW boiler and heat exchanger: temperature increase time: 27 hours. For this reason, the heat exchanger is perfectly suitable for occasional pool heating purposes (week end). Advantages offered by PSA heat exchangers
Reliable: The PSA polyamide titanium technology is unique worldwide and guarantees total corrosion resistance.
Easy to use: Simply programme your heat-exchanger to 28°C, that´s it... During the temperature increase period run the filter pump constantly. As soon as the desired temperature has been attained, switch over to automatic. |
